Service Guarantee

If necessary, Gsola will dispatching experienced technician to your Plant on time, and provide detailed training to you, including basic equipment principle, equipment operation, software operation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and so on.

During in your Plant, my technician will check and maintain all the Gsola equipment for you.

Gsola provides one year free after service and lifetime service for the equipment.

Service Policies

1. Warranty: 13 months from the date of shipment, or 12 months from the date of successful installation and acceptance.

2. Gsola agrees to dispatch experienced technicians to customers' Plant to install the equipment. Besides, Gsola recommends and greets the customer dispatch a technical manager and 1~2 equipment operators to Gsola's factory to get the training and inspect equipment personally before shipment.

3. After receiving customers' call, email or fax about machine issues, Gsola will feedback and concludes solution accordingly within 24 hours by call, email or fax, by which, if the issues cannot be solved, Gsola agrees to dispatch one or two experience technicians to customers' Plant to provide service on site.

4. After the warranty expiring, Gsola will still provide lifelong services for the customers.
